What are these magnets made of?

Our magnets are professionally printed on high-quality photo material with a durable, flexible magnetic backing. They're made to last — vibrant, lightweight, and stick perfectly to fridges or magnetic boards.

Can I use my own photo?

Absolutely! Just upload your favorite photo, and we'll turn it into a beautiful custom magnet.

Can I add custom text to my magnet?

Yes! You can add names, dates, locations, or short messages when you customize your magnet.

What size are the magnets?

Our standard magnets are 3.5" x 2.5" and 2.5" x 3.5". Switch to portrait vs landscape depending on your image.

What kind of photos work best?

Bright, high-resolution images with clear subjects work best. Avoid blurry or overly dark photos for best results.

Can I preview my design before I order?

Yes! You'll see a live preview as you upload and customize your photo. Click "Apply" to finalize the image once done with edits.

Why do I need to finalize before adding to cart?

Given these are custom magnets we want you to be 100% satisfied with the edits that you have made. This additional button has been added to ensure a final check before purchase. Once the magnet is finalized and added to cart you cannot make changes to the created magnet. If you wish you make more edits, start a fresh upload.

Can I create a magnet from a drawing or kids' artwork?

Absolutely! What better way to preserve your kiddos artwork. Just scan or photograph the artwork clearly and upload it like a photo.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed in 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location selected at checkout.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. — but we're working on expanding!

What if my magnet arrives damaged or with an error?

We want you to love your order. If there's any issue, just contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right!

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please double-check your image and text before submitting your order.
